Yesterday I was down a street and saw someone drop some trash. I picked it up and threw it into a trash can a few yards further down the street. Be kind to your surroundings and take care of them. Pick up trash when you see it. It helps everyone!
Today I am taking it easy. I only have a few more days to pamper myself before I start into the chaos of my school schedule. Don’t forget to practice self kindness!
