Today I am going to brag about how others spread the light today.
To be honest… I have no idea if I did something kind today. I did help at school. I did run a rehearsal. I did try to smile all day. I did try to listen with real intent to everyone who needed me to listen.
At the beginning of rehearsal, my two friends approached me with a mug in hand. They announced, “Happy Galentine’s Day”. These two sweet friends gave me a super cute mug and gift certificate for a massage! Day made! They didn’t have to extend this act of kindness to me. They just did. There was a note thanking me for helping at school, love and light a share at the school.
Today, I was the recipient of kindness.
Thanks Rachel and Jeff. You made my day.
