Today my act of kindness was the extra hours I put into painting the set with little, and then later, no help. My list is still so long. One more late night to go before I have an audience viewing this labor of love. I am super grateful for Joy (a sweetheart of a lady who comes to help even though her children are long past graduated), Leah (who noticed I was still working and came into help), and Lilli ( who gave up sleep and homework time because she didn’t want me to be alone working). I am also thankful for my partners in crime – Jeff who works along side me all day and is trying to make sense of 190 costumes and a couple other special projects; and John – who was at home making dinner and cleaning up the kitchen and who even brought it to me. This level of service could not succeed without these two to support me!
