Today my act of kindness was to care for a daughter who doesn't feel good.  I also got a couple things my missionary needs so I can send them to her.

I am at an age where a person starts to make a bucket list.  Today it occurred to me that maybe I shouldn't make a bucket list.  Maybe I should make  "life list."  I started a list today... things to really live!  It's a great self-discovery exercise.

Sometimes I am not successful in this kindness campaign. Today I said something before I really thought it through to a dear friend that was a hurtful thing to say.
