Yesterday was crazy busy! I had no time to plan and prep healthy food. Lucky for me the local restaurant I chose had a vegetarian meal. All I had to do was replace the cheese. It was tasty. AND I helped out a family owned business!
For today, I will help others find the positive.
It’s audition time at school. competition is in the air. Casting is not personal. There is a great need of helping students see the positive in themselves and in others.
My students are young. They often focus on what they feel is unfair, what others are “doing to them” and the hard things they are facing in their lives. Today I hope to help them focus on what is special about themselves and the positive.
