Now the #LIGHTtheWORLD is all done I need to come up with my own #bethelight ideas and activities. I am still working on my 365 days of kindness. The past 25 days made it a lot easier as someone else came up the ideas.
I usually don’t like to go to the store the day after Christmas. People are usually a little impatient and sometimes, a little unreasonable, as they attempt to find deals and exchange presents. Today I will go. My daughter is here visiting from another state and needs to get a few things for her trip back to her home. So, off we go to brave the craziness of shopping the day after Christmas.
I was thinking about what act of kindness I could practice today. I came up with this: Walk the cart back to the front of the store.
You might not think it is an act of kindness, but it is! There will be a dry cart for someone to use. There is one less cart for a poor Walmart worker to push into the store. That is what I am going to do today.
