Bombed that Week!

OKay… my busy week got away from me.  I did not make the wisest choices.  I ate potato chips more than once and I ate some onion rings.  Here’s the thing… my husband was gone on business all week and I didn’t have time to shop or to prep.  On potato chip day, it was the only thing in the staff room that didn’t have sugar.  I choose them over the sugar… and it ended up being the only thing I ate that day.  I did eat the veggie packed pasta salad I had made over the weekend.  I topped one day for a Jamba Juice.  I ate left over tofu and bok choy stir fry.  I got some cherries and Marion berries and ate those.  I ate left over kale strata.  My daughter baked some rolls and I ate them with some black bean and sweet potato soup.  I ate a veggie pita from the Pita Pit twice in the week.  But most days I barely ate… and most days I didn’t have time to snap a picture.  By the end of the week I felt like crap!  I am hoping I am able to get a few good choices in this week!

  1. Sounds like a hectic week. Glad you had something to eat though. Some of the things you ate sounds delicious. Have a good week.
