Developing an Attitude of Gratitude – Day 39

I hear that gratitude is key to well-being. I hear that it helps with sleep, good heart health, etc. More reasons to keep going with this grateful exercise.

Today I am thankful for the Book of Mormon. I am finishing up reading it. I took the prophets challenge to read it before years end. I am almost done. I have one more day. I can do it… and I am thankful for the opportunity.
