#bethelight – Day 7

One week down!

Yesterday I didn’t exactly find a wallflower and befriend them.  I did, however, chatted with everyone I came in contact with.  It wasn’t a normal work day, so I didn’t really hang out in a place where there were tons of lonely people.

Today, be kind to yourself. Every day write down 3 to 5 things for which you’re grateful. I do this every night with a simple email to myself. By the way, research has shown that this increases happiness 25%.  November must be the happiest of months.  Many of my Facebook friends are listing things they are thankful for everyday this month.  Why not list things you are thankful for all year?!
