Eating Well

I love when I succeed in eating well… now… to get my body to recognize I am feeding it good fuel!

Resigning as the General Manager of the Universe

It’s been a great week for eating!  I feel successful, especially with how busy my life has been.  I really should resign as the general manager of the universe.  LOL.

I’ve been beginning every day with 32 oz warm water, 2 Tbs apple Cider Vinegar, a dash of pink salt, and 2 Tbs lemon juice 30 minutes before eating anything else.  I also take 1 capsule of black seed oil at the same time.

Breakfasts were nearly all the same… Sautes onions, mushrooms, and spinach and a smoothie made from 1/2 a banana, 1/2 c kefir, 2 Tbs sugar-free peanut butter, 1 in ginger root, 1 tsp dandelion root powder, and 1 c assorted berries.

For lunch I ate a salad… every day.
