Today I will extend an act of kindness toward myself… I will take a walk. Taking care of my body is the most important thing I can do for myself… well at least I am learning that. I have been taking myself for walks for several days now. I am noticing that I sleep better. I am hoping that caring for myself will help me reach my full potential. I am hoping that walking will lead to better health, which will then lead to better physical activity. I’ve got a ways to go… but I am going.
