Yesterday I served others… even though I was tired. Today I will look for more people to serve.
Everyday I volunteer at my local high school. Why do I volunteer? Because I appreciate the hardworking teachers who I work with. There is too much to do for just one person.
Today is World Teacher Day.
Teaching others id hard work. It is often, a thankless job. Today I’d like to encourage you to thank a teacher. Tell them they are doing a great job. Better yet… find the time to volunteer in classroom. Consider donating classroom supplies. Trust me, teachers spend tons of their own money on supplies and books for their classrooms.
I love helping and encouraging the teachers in the high school. It makes me sad that they are still working without a contract.
