Brussel Sprouts with Corn

brussel sprouts


4 c Brussel sprouts

2 c frozen corn

1 large onion, thinly sliced

2 cloves garlic

1/4 c chopped mushrooms

1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

salt and pepper to taste


  1. Saute onions and mushrooms in a non-stick pan until lightly browned
  2. Add Brussel sprouts and saute until they are lightly browned… about 10 minutes
  3. Add corn and continue to saute until lightly browned
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve and enjoy.
