4 c Brussel sprouts
2 c frozen corn
1 large onion, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic
1/4 c chopped mushrooms
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
salt and pepper to taste
- Saute onions and mushrooms in a non-stick pan until lightly browned
- Add Brussel sprouts and saute until they are lightly browned… about 10 minutes
- Add corn and continue to saute until lightly browned
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve and enjoy.
