Wendy’s Chopped Detox Salad

Ingredients

2 c mixed greens, chopped

2 c broccoli, chopped

2 c red cabbage, chopped

1 c carrots, finely chopped

1/2 c almonds, chopped

1/4 c sunflower seeds

For Dressing

2 Tbs olive oil

1/2 c lemon juice

1 Tbs ginger, minced

3 tsp Dijon mustard

2 tsp honey

Directions

  1. Chop all the veggies and combine them into a bowl.
  2. Combine dressing ingredients and mix well.
  3.  Pour dressing over veggies and toss.
  4. Enjoy!
