Eating well is a gift you give yourself!
It’s been a good week of eating… even it I tried a new recipe that I wasn’t a fan and didn’t eat much of it. I was able to stay on track and eat healthy foods all week.
Monday I started the day with a berry smoothie for Breakfast. I went across the street and got a salad from the salad bar for lunch. It was loaded with veggies and I had vinegar as a dressing. For dinner we had Pumpkin Chili. Click here for the recipe. This was yummy… so yummy I ate it most of the week.
Tuesday I have veggies for breakfast. I had a salad with no dressing and a little cutie for lunch. For dinner I had left over Pumpkin Chili.
