Every once in awhile I think it’s important to surprise your kids with something nice. We were on our way to CET and I suddenly pulled into Dutch Brothers. Lilli loves to get a “freeze” at Dutch Brothers. There was a huge grin for that surprise.
Also, I work for a program where I am tracking and bossing 30 kids at a time, plus a few staff member, all with projects in various stages of completeness. I am finding it important to say please and thank you. Also, everyone love being told they are doing a great job. There isn’t enough of that happening… so I’m going to up my game.
Lastly, no real great jokes today when I asked for my joke of the day, but I gave them a Jolly Rancher anyway.
Just working on making the summer job passable. 🙂
