The past 4 days I have dedicated myself to the cause of helping young people discover their stories, discover their worth and discover their potential. Mamma Mia closed last night. The seniors gave directors gifts. They gave me a “journal” with letters in it from each of them. These message from the kids I love and serve reminded me of the acts of kindness I try to do each day and how they really do make a difference. I have been working for the past year to embrace every person that crosses my path. I have learned that this is real kindness. Not only does it help and inspire the other person, it helps and inspires me.
