Today is my 29th anniversary.
So far it has been rather peaceful and uneventful. My kids are off on an adventure at the coast, Kimber and Ray are watching TV with their kids, and John is off working on a Christmas project. I have been eating leftovers and watching a movie in my room. I really should get up and clean the house again. I do like a clean house for the Sabbath. But first I will blog a bit.

Today I am grateful my husband works hard to support our family. I am also grateful that he even works hard to help me with my work and my hobbies at school and with my theater projects. I am thankful that he is a good dad to our five kids. I’m pretty sure they like him best (a Smother’s Brothers reference). I am thankful that he likes to work hard in his callings. I am grateful that he swallowed his fear and built our house. I am grateful that he lets me drive. I really do make a terrible passenger.
One more year on the count.
Now you are stepping into year #30 and building it with gratitude. Imagine how many marriages would be improved when built on kindness and gratitude.
Thank you for sharing your journey.
Oh, how I miss you.
