My daughters are attempting to help me start a gratitude movement on popular social media. I just feel strongly that it is important to see the good… even if life is not the same as it was one month ago. I feel strongly that gratitude heals the soul. Gratitude is a weapon against fear and against pride. I see many, especially my students, are struggling with anxiety and fear. I believe strongly that changing up the focus and focusing on the good in our day will make a difference in the lives of the people I care about. Please join me in spreading gratitude. Comment on what you are grateful for in your day or follow the gratitude prompt I post here, on Facebook or on Instagram. I know that if we all work together we can bring enough light into the world to chase the darkness away.
Today’s prompt: What is something you have today and are grateful for that you didn’t have a year ago?
