So I have been working on this new intermittent fasting keto thing since the beginning of June. I may not be losing weight as fast as other ladies on the Facebook group, but I am making progress… about 20 pounds so far. However, so great milestones today. 1) I woke up and my Fitbit gave me a sleep score of 90! Excellent! It said. I have got to do whatever I did last night and repeat it because I have felt great all day. Miracle #2) I went to the dentist this morning for a teeth cleaning. They take your blood pressure there. Today it was 124 over 68. I was whooping and hollering. I’m sure the people in the office thought I had lost it. I have seen a blood pressure that low in my adult life! I am confident that this new life style is making a difference and completely worth it! I am so THANKFUL!
I am thankful that I was able to complete my 48 hour fast with a delicious Beyond meat sausage, onion and peers dish over a bed of lettuce with 1 oz. of walnuts and 1 oz of feta cheese, topped with 2 Tbs of vinaigrette. It was so good!

Today I am grateful for a new app I found that helps me track my fasting and alerts me if I am getting to many carbs (Senza). I am hoping it will help me kick this body into the next level. I need to get more weight off these joints.
Today I am thankful for the finish of my next summer project… a llama blanket for my teen for Christmas. It is super soft. It also makes me laugh. I really love the eyelashes I added.
Today I am thankful for the time I got to visit with my friend Jamie. She rocks. I am always laughing when chat.
Today I am thankful that John was able to sit at the table with me and eat dinner and also had some time to enjoy a comedy show with me before he was back on the job. This is a rough week for him. He was suppose to be traveling to a plant in California this week for work, but the virus has made it so he and his team have to teach and implement the new plan via Zoom. I am so thankful he has a good job!
