There are moments when I feel highly underestimated. Perhaps the reason why is that people forget that you never really stop getting to know people. When you think you know them, they surprise you? I am learning that I should never underestimate people because I might be wrong.
Every relationship must be renewed by learning new things about the other person that you didn’t know before.
“I’ve always had a passion for details, for small, almost invisible events around us. Observing people can teach you a lot.” Marco Levy
People watching is one of my favorite pastimes. I love to notice little things.
Sometimes we get first impressions wrong… got to be careful with those.
Most people talk more than they think, and maybe even, say more than they know. Most of us say less than we know, think more than we speak, and notice more than we think.
I think it’s because we want people to get to know us… gradually…
So, if you are not paying attention, you might lose out on getting to know someone who is great. Leave room for them to teach you a thing or two.
I’d say that we should determine to cultivate healthy relationships so that you can always learn something new.
And don’t underestimate yourself. It’s not good for your own sense of well-being and inner peace.
