Wendy’s Ravioli with Pumpkin and Sage

Servings: 6-8 Prep time: 10 minutes Cook time: 20 minutes


1 pkg prepared Vegan ravioli

1 Tbs olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 15 oz can pumpkin puree

1 1/3 c vegetable broth

1/2 c vegan mozerella

1 Tsp fresh thyme, chopped

salt and pepper to taste


  1. Prepare ravioli according to package directions.
  2. Heat oil in a large deep skillet over medium heat; add garlic.  Cook for 1 minute.  Stir in pumpkin, broth, veggie cheese, sage, salt and pepper; cook for 2-3 minutes
  3. Add ravioli; toss well.
  4. Serve and enjoy; goes great with a large green salad
