Beginning… that is key.
Today I am grateful for the Sabbath and the chance to renew covenants and commitments with the Savior.
I am grateful that my first Gospel Doctrine seemed to go okay. At least I didn’t fall flat on my face. I didn’t really feel ready. Between work and family responsibilities I just haven’t been able to put as much time into my prep time as I would like.
I am grateful that my husband helped me in the kitchen today as I finished off the weeks worth of meals to put into the freezer. my hands are really aching. I am in pain just holding a can of enchilada sauce! I hope this is short lived. I do so much with my hands. At least typing isn’t too bad if I take a few breaks here and there.
Today I am grateful for the 30 minutes I spent studying Light in preparation for FHE. Many years ago I studied my scriptures searching for light. Today’s study brought back those memories. Perhaps that is why I love to “paint with light” on the stage.
