Mondays are hard. I didn’t feel like eating this morning. I had a cup of herb tea, a few crackers and a piece of Swiss cheese. At lunch I ate a protein bar. At the end of school I was pretty hungry so a I ate a different kind of protein bar that John found in the produce section of the store. For dinner I made real Japanese style ramen with mushrooms, carrots, cabbage, and onion. It hit the spot. I am feeling run down and I really needed soup today.
Okay… truth… I got overwhelmed with life and didn’t really track foods for the past two week.
Re-boot… again!
I didn’t really do too bad, except for the amount of cheese I had over the holiday season. Today I start a new.
