Today I am grateful that Lilli helped me clean the kitchen.
Today I am grateful Lilli going for a “waddle” with me around the college campus. Man. Our town is like a ghost town. It is so quiet and pretty much lifeless. It’s super weird.
Today I am grateful that I got some work done… plus I did some things in my garden.
Today I am grateful for the sunshine.
Today I am grateful for all the reminders that are a part of spring that are awesome reminders of God’s goodness and mercy.
Today I am grateful for this Tao pearl of wisdom: We cannot choose the things that will happen to us. But we can choose the attitude we will take toward anything that happens. Success or failure depends on your attitude.
This pearl of wisdom reminds me of this pearl of wisdom from 2 Nephi 2.
“27 Wherefore, men are afree according to the bflesh; and call things are dgiven them which are expedient unto man. And they are free to echoose fliberty and eternal glife, through the great Mediator of all men, or to choose captivity and death, according to the captivity and power of the devil; for he seeketh that all men might be hmiserable like unto himself.”
We always have choice.
Resigning as the General Manager of the Universe
