I got home far too late on Saturday to blog and slept most of Sunday. The end of a show I always crash. I am grateful that I am able to get the rest I need.
I am grateful the bench thing I made for McKay worked. I did it mostly by myself. John showed up in the end and helped get the last of the back on and helped me get it into the truck. Then, Sunday, he and Lilli took it over to McKay’s house. I will go over this week and do the rest of the wood putty and paint it.
I am grateful that our run of 13 the Musical went well. The kids did an awesome job. As usual, not very many people came to see the show. However, those who came seemed to appreciate it. I’m glad. I’ve been working very hard over the past couple of years to help my friend Jeff build a theatre program at Central. It’s slow, but we are making progress.
I am grateful for fall. I love the colors. I love the cool, crisp air. I love the smells that go with fall.
