It’s been a long week getting my show open. Thankfully, my husband did all the food prep for the week. He made 4 different pots of soup and got them in the fridge. That made it easy to have healthy food… but I did eat soup 3 meals a day. LOL. Here are the soups my husband made:

One Sunday we had a little more time so we made a family traditional favorite. Every Halloween I make the family dinner in a pumpkin. It has sausage, rice, cream of mushroom soup, and cheddar cheese baked in the pumpkin.
However, that isn’t very friendly to my new life style. So, I tried something new.

It was great!
A week of soups did me some good. I even lost 3 pounds… but that may have been the stress.
